WWonders.Net Hosting services on the terms and conditions contained
herein:
Running a IRC server,
or IRC bot is not allowed.
WWonders.Net does not
tolerate Spam!
Spamming or sending UCE
(unsolicited commercial email) is not allowed period! Violators of
this policy can be terminated immediately without warning and
without refund!
Software piracy (warez)
sites are forbidden!
We may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be
illegal, or subject us to liability. And also remove your account
for violating this policy!
Other types of content not allowed @ WWonders.Net include:
Racism and / or Hate groups
Hacking sites - That either provide hacking
software or information on hacking.
It is
absolutely forbidden to host pornographic / obscene material (aka -
Adult content) on our servers! Your account will be terminated
immediately if pornographic / obscene content is found on your site,
it is also against our policy to have explicit links to adult
content!
CGI
access is available for all accounts, you may run any script you
like. However we reserve the right to disable any script that
utilizes unreasonable processor resources on the system immediately
without notification (in most cases we will notify you first unless
the process is monopolizing the server's resources to the point it
would severely jeopardize the performance of the server)!
Shared SSL (https) is
provided to all sites, however using SSL to load all of your web
pages will decrease load times and increase server resources. Use
is allowed on pages that require SSL like order forms or Personal
Information Transactions only. Abuse of this will result in the
disabling or additional fees for this feature on your account.
99.5% Uptime Guarantee:
WWonders.Net guarantees that our servers will
be available 99.5% of the time within any given month, in the
unlikely event
WWonders.Net experiences downtime greater than .5% in any given
month, WWonders.Net
Hosting will "At customers request" refund 5% of the monthly fee
for every 30 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly hosting
fee. Refund must be requested within the first week of the
following month to
billing@wwonders.net to be considered.
This
guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance downtime!
(rare for hardware & major
software upgrades only).
We offer a full 30 day
guarantee on all services offered @ WWonders.Net Hosting. If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service within
the first 30 days of becoming a client of WWonders.Net we will
refund all charges in full! (charges are defined as fees paid to
WWonders.Net, this does not include any other charges relating to
your website creation / maintenance that were not paid to
WWonders.Net directly).
